We purchased a 2021 Heartland Big Horn Traveler Fifth Wheel. We had the smoothest experience we have ever had at any dealership. I would recommend going to AmericaGoRV to buy you next rv. Curtis and Charlie handled everything from beginning to end professionally. We had our walk through with Slade and he was very thorough from beginning to end. So with the crazy real estate marked I sold my home for a tidy profit. But to by again I knew I had to wait for the market to cool off. Initially used AmericaGoRv for mobile warranty work on our travel trailer. Sean and Isaac did great work to diagnose and solve the nagging issue with both the slide out motor and the refrigerator issue. Secondarily, we looked at several late model fifth wheel coaches. We found the unicorn we had been looking for, a 2018 Vanleigh Vilano fifth wheel. Bobby Kennedy did a great job of demonstrating the positive aspects of this brand of fifth wheel. When it came down to negotiating to a sell price which involved a trade-in of our bumper pull coach, the process was professional and straight-forward. Russell McCune worked with us in a fashion that was not "win-lose" but more of a "let's get to a reasonable end point." There were no surprises as we came to a conclusion......everything promised in the negotiations was cheerfully honored. I can attest that Jason did an incredible job making sure that there were zero issues with our used coach. He spent many hours testing every feature to ensure it worked as it should. Everything that could have potentially been an issue was addressed (changing out old batteries for new ones), etc. When we went through our walk-through with Isaac Melancon, he told us about the benefits of a Dish Network Traveler satellite system. We got with Jonathan Obearle who set us up to get this key add-on ordered. This process was as smooth as the sale itself. We agreed on an install date and everything was done on time and at the quoted price. I could not conclude this review without commending Tammy Melancon. She is always cheerful and works hard to make sure we are happy with all aspects of the service end of the sale. Everyone at AmericaGoRv has exceeded our expectations. - Jeffrey from Seguin, TX
